Applications will be accepted until we are full. Limited space available. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse selection of products. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the vendor fee of $50.
Please review the important information below.
VENDOR SETUP
Setup will begin two hours before the official opening time. Please feel free to arrive anytime between 10 AM and 11:30 PM. Unless alternate arrangements are agreed on, all vendors should be in place no later than 11:45 AM.
Booth Space: Each vendor will be allocated approximately 10' x 10' booth space, and two chairs will be provided per booth.
Pre-Paid Table: One will be provided at your booth if you've already paid for a table.
Day-of-Rental: A limited number of tables may be available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let me know the day of the event.
NO FOOD OR DRINK SERVICE
To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, please note the following food-related regulations:
Food Service License: If you plan to prepare food for individual portions, even if it's not consumed on-site, you must obtain a food service license from the local health department. This includes but is not limited to, items like pre-packaged sandwiches, baked goods, or other ready-to-eat foods.
No Sampling or Taste Testing: During the event, no sampling, taste testing, or consumption of any products, including items you are offering for sale, will be permitted.
SALES TAX
As a seller, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable sales and use tax laws. This includes:
Collecting Sales Tax: Determining if and when to collect sales tax from your customers.
Paying Sales Tax: Remitting the collected sales tax to the appropriate tax authority.
LTM, Cheney Hall, or the Town of Manchester is not liable for any sales tax collected or uncollected during the Arts and Craft Fair. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate tax reporting and payment.
